Club Service Committee
President of The Club Service Committee is also the next president of the club in the following year. President of The Club Service Committee works for the coordination of committees in the club. Related to this, he/she is responsible from demanding monthly improvement reports and meetings from the president of the committees.

Club Service Coordinator of the region trains the vice presidents of each club in meetings held every month.

Addition to these responsibilities, our club service committee president is expected to realize the following goals:
-Developing strategies for saving and increasing the number of members in club.
-Working in coordination with newsletter committee in order to prepare and distribute the letter.
-Plans activities which increase friendship and coordinates regular informal meetings
-Works with the secretary to arrange requirements of the meetings.
-Supports the president.
-Motivates the members and presidents of committees to attend the meetings of the club and the region. Informs members on rules of attendance and takes precautions in order to increase attendance ratio.
- Works with the president on member candidacy processes.
-Informs and advises members of the club on traditions of Rotaract and trains them.

Community Service Committee
Community Service Committee is responsible for performing projects which provides help and guidance to members to fulfill their responsibilities to our community. The Committee should determine the needs of the society and then find ways to meet them. After planning projects on the way, the committee should share it with members of Rotaract and Rotary through board of directors. The committee should share it with the head of the Community Service of the region through monthly meetings and reports.

Addition to these responsibilities, our community service committee president is expected to realize the following goals:
-He/she investigates and plans the ideas related with the club’s community service projects of the year.
-He/she plays the role of a leader in order to arrange and ease the way the projects are handled.
-He/she prepares the anticipated budget of projects.

International Service Committee
The purpose of the International Service Committee is to cultivate peace, good will and understanding on international level. The committee takes the role of connecting the club to the world and building friendship among rotaractors all around the world. The head of this committee reports to and meets with region coordinators and club president and vice president. This committee investigates and plans the ideas related with the club’s international service projects of the year. This committee plays the role of a leader in order to arrange and ease the way the projects are handled and arrange activities which cultivate international understanding among club members and society.

International Service Committee may perform following tasks:
-Motivating rotaractos who visit other countries to meet with Rotaract and Rotary clubs of that country.
-Getting in touch, exchange ideas and performing common projects with rotaractors of other countries.
-Realizing activities with clubs from all around the world on World Rotaract Week.
-Hosting guest speakers related to international topics and concerns.
-Inviting foreign students to club meetings (for instance; students of Rotary Exchange Program)
-Introducing our country to foreign guests.

Professional Development Committee
The purpose of the Professional Development Committee is to inform members on various vocations and make them embrace the idea that vocational success leads to success of community. After the committee is found, an activity plan should be prepared at the beginning of the year.

Activities performed as Professional Development Committee:
-Arranging meetings for professional introduction.
-Arranging on - location professional workshops.
-Arranging vocational introduction seminars.
-Providing guidance for members who look for internship.
-Attending and assisting activities of Rotary Club on vocational projects.

Public Relations Committee
The main purpose of the Public Relations Committee is to introduce Rotaract to public and targeted groups. The head of Public Relations Committee informs vice president and region coordinator about the projects through monthly reports and meeting attendances. Besides, this committee investigates and plans the ideas related with public relations projects of the year. The head of the committee plays the role of a leader in order to arrange and ease the way the projects are handled. This committee should also motivate the members to communicate through the region’s official web site (www.rotaract2420.org). In addition to these, this committee supports region representative by sharing articles, club news and sponsorships in order to be placed in the common newsletter of 2420. district.

Youth Forum Committee
Galatasaray Rotaract and Rotary clubs performs this youth forum in may every year and the purpose of the activity is to make participants from high school students to talk, discuss and exchange their ideas on a specific subject.

The youth forum is performed in two sessions. The first session (i.e. morning session) participants make groups of 11. Rotaractors work as moderators or reporters. Moderators’ mission is to make topic of conversation flow in a certain scope which is the subject of forum. Reporters’ mission is to take notes of what is discussed and gather information and statistics for the forum archives.

Galatasaray Rotaract and Rotary clubs have completed 11 forums.
